Kuta Mill, Single-Origin

With more than 40 years of operation, Kuta Mill sits near the Kuta Ridge in Papua New Guinea. The coffee is cultivated in the Western Highlands at elevations of 1,500–1,600 meters above sea level, where the climate supports slow cherry development and dense, high-quality beans. Fully washed and carefully sun-dried, these coffees reflect the mill’s commitment to clarity and consistency.

Beyond processing, Kuta Mill plays an important role in the region—serving as a neutral, collaborative space for the Ulga and Kolga tribes, who were once in conflict. The mill also helps promote long-term economic stability within the community, by offering bonuses to smallholder farmers who consistently deliver exceptional cherries,

In the cup, expect a well-balanced profile with a silky body, subtle lemon-like acidity, and grounding earthy undertones.
