We believe in keeping quality and consistency with each shipment. However, due to the natural farming process and the seasonal growing cycles that differ across the globe, coffee beans may be selected from various farms to ensure continuous and steady supply of coffee beans to our customers. We do everything possible to maintain flavor consistency with each shipment.

Coffee is best stored in a cool, dry place away from heat and light. It is best to keep it in its original packaging or in an airtight container. For optimal flavor, we recommend using your coffee within 20 days after it’s roasted. Coffee beans are recommended to store in a pantry or other location where temperature is stable. We don’t recommend storage in refrigerator due to high moisture content often found in the refrigerator affecting flavor loss.

We recommend a brewing process that contributes to the freshest, most flavorful, and most unadulterated coffee experience. While coffee preparation preferences various from customer to customer, we prefer French press, pour over, or coffee makers that grind and brew.  French press is our personal staff favorite because the process retains the natural oils. Many paper filters take out the oils and, although may contribute to a slightly crisper flavor, takes away some of the inherent flavor of the coffee. A stainless steel filter basket for pour overs or coffee makers is something we recommends. Yes, we do offer decaf available for our subscription service and for our one time purchase options from our shop page. While we tend to have a higher selection of fully caffeinated beans, we offer high quality decaf so our unleaded patrons can experience the same top quality coffee from around the world.

Yes. We want to make your coffee experience an enjoyable one. We make it simiple for you to add more coffee, change your preferences, pause your subscription, etc. by simply logging into your account and selecting the changes you wish. World Traveler Coffee Roasters  delivers to select cities in the Sacramento region via our World Traveler Coffee delivery vans.  For our coffee loving customers outside of the Sacramento region, the coffee is shipped priority mail.

Once you have selected your subscription preference, billing occurs the day prior to the your coffee being scheduled to roast and ship.

Yes, we do. We offer gift cards that can be printed or emailed for the person you have chosen. You also have the option of signing up for a gift subscription coffee service where the person you have chosen will receive regular deliveries of great  coffee beans from around the world.

World Traveler Coffee wants to provide each and every customer with the best coffee experience by providing the best coffees and merchandise available. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the coffee beans you receive, email or contact us. Since coffee beans are considered perishable food, we’re unable to accept returns on coffee.  If you are returning merchandise, we can accept returns or exchanges within thirty days.
