This is a wet hulled Sumatran coffee which has been aged and homogenized for 48+ months at origin until the coffee reaches a deep brown color and a cup reminiscent of a quality brandy with smooth heavy tobacco note.
Sumatran coffee is finely textured and has one of the most complex flavors among the world’s coffee. Known for its earthy, rustic full-bodied profile and low-acidity-makes for a memorable cup.
