Kenya Gura is a high-elevation coffee grown by more than 500 smallholder farmers in Nyeri County, Kenya, and processed at the Gura Factory. Nestled between Mount Kenya and the Aberdare Ranges, the factory is part of the Othaya Farmers Co-operative Society Limited.
As one of the largest fully farmer-owned, Fairtrade-certified coffee cooperatives in the country, the society is dedicated to meticulous processing and quality control. By carefully handling cherries from hundreds of small farms, they consistently produce exceptional lots while reinvesting in their community and supporting the livelihoods of their members.
